It's ok, "just take a breath!"

Have you ever heard someone say to you, “just take a deep breath” when you are panicking or feeling anxious or overwhelmed?

Well, there’s a reason for this. It turns out that there is a small patch of neurons in your brain that keeps tabs on how you’re breathing, and then relays this data to another part of the brain responsible for your state of mind.

When you practice breathing on a regular basis, it supports you more when life throws those curve balls!

Learning to focus consciously on your breathing, may just save your life.
