A: No. All sessions are adapted to your ability and needs. Whether you’re just getting started, rebuilding after illness or injury, or looking to take your wellness/mind to the next level — this coaching meets you where you are.
Q: What equipment do I need for the physical coaching?
A: Nothing special — many clients use just a yoga mat, resistance band, or bodyweight. I’ll adapt plans based on what’s available to you.
Q: Is this only for people in the UK?
A: No. I’m a UK-based coach, but online sessions are open to clients anywhere in the world - as long as we can match time zones.
Q: How are sessions delivered?
A: All sessions are held online via Zoom or WhatsApp video — flexible, remote, and accessible from wherever you are.
