I teach Hatha Yoga (focusing on flexibility and breath work) and Vinyasa Flow Yoga (for strength and movement).

Each class includes a mix of pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation to calm the mind and body, helping you find the balance you need to release stress and restore energy. Plus, I incorporate sound bowl therapy for an added element of relaxation and healing.

Pricing for Group Yoga Classes in Stoke-on-Trent​

I offer flexible pricing to make it easy for you to join and practice regularly:

First Class Pass: £5

1 Class Pass: £9.50 per class

4 Class Pass: £34 (£8.50 per class) – Valid for 5 weeks

8 Class Pass: £60 (£7.50 per class) – Valid for 9 weeks

A 4 Class Pass or 8 Class Pass is the perfect way to establish a yoga routine and build momentum!

 

Note: A 24-hour cancellation policy applies.

You may reschedule up to 4 weeks in advance if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the class.

Q: Do I need to bring anything to class?
A: Just bring yourself, water and a yoga mat if you have one! I can provide a mat if needed.

Q: I’ve never done yoga before. Is that okay?
A: Absolutely! My classes are designed for all levels. I offer modifications for every pose, so you can work at your own pace.

Q: Can yoga help with my back pain?
A: Yes, yoga is excellent for improving posture and strengthening muscles, which can reduce back pain. I also offer specific stretches and poses for back health.

Q: What if I have an injury?
A: Please let me know on your booking form and before class and I’ll ensure you have modifications to protect your injury while still getting the benefits of yoga.
