Be in the moment

I’ve been practicing yoga since 2007.
I believe in living a life free of judgement, filled with joy and gratitude. These feelings inform and guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and their surroundings.

Be part of a cool yoga community in Stafford

Our lessons are not a "rush in-rush out" one-hour affair, like you may experience at other establishments. Choose to linger before or after class. I am approachable and want you to enjoy each class, so having fun is key, as is being able to give individual wellbeing advice or tips whenever needed (it's free too). If you’d like to learn more about my yoga philosophy, take a look at my blog.

Music is carefully researched and selected with intention, so while you "work" on body and breath, the music will help "work" your mind.
