Your safety comes first. When booking, you will be asked about injuries, health conditions, medication and recent surgery so that I can understand your circumstances before confirming your place. If you are unsure whether yoga is appropriate for you, speak to your doctor or healthcare professional before booking.

Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?

No. You absolutely do not need to be flexible to start yoga. Yoga is about working with your body as it is today, not trying to force yourself into advanced positions. Regular practice can gradually improve flexibility, mobility, balance and body awareness.

What happens in a Yoga By Noel class?

The First Class Pass is £5. A 1 Class Pass is £9.50 per class. A 4 Class Pass is £34 (£8.50 per class), valid for 5 weeks. An 8 Class Pass is £60 (£7.50 per class), valid for 9 weeks. The 4 Class Pass and 8 Class Pass are ideal if you want to establish a regular yoga routine and build momentum.

What should I bring to yoga?

Bring a yoga mat (if you have one), comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and some water. If you have your own yoga blocks or other equipment you like to use, you are welcome to bring them too. If you know your knees need extra support, bring a blanket or towel.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. You do not need specialist yoga clothing to take part. Forget what you see on Instagram, we are normal people enjoying a yoga class.
